• The O'Bikoliana Section is open to the Ateneo community, including the alumni and others interested in the history, culture, and arts of Bicol.

• Access to the O’Bikoliana collection will be made during scheduled service hours only.

• All the materials in the O’Bikoliana will be available for research and reference purposes. 

• All Bikoliana Collection is strictly for room use only. Exceptions to this rule must have prior authorization from the University Librarian.

• The area operates on a closed shelves system.

• No food or drink may be consumed while using the material, including chewing gum, sweets, and drinking water.
