O'Bikoliana Lecture Series #1: Father O’Brien and the Birth of Bikol Studies

This is the first Fr. James J. O'Brien SJ Memorial Lecture Series, with a theme, "Father O'Brien and the Birth of Bikol Studies" held last September 7, 2017, at Richard Michael R. Fernando, S. J. Conference Hall, Ateneo de Naga University.

The speaker for this lecture series is Dr. Danilo M. Gerona, a well-known Bicolano historian, researcher, and lecturer. Together with our two panels of reactors to share their insights: Ms. Marifa Borja-Prado, faculty, AdNU Literature and Language Studies Department and Mr. Tito Genova Valiente, a public anthropologist and a film critic/film educator.
